I’m an artist, sculptor, and maker based in Chicago, and I like making things that feel alive!

As an artist I focus on Sculpture, and have 10+ years of experience working with clay, but I love creating whatever else I happen to get curious about. I’m especially interested in faces, characters, creatures, and strange little worlds. Basically anything that gives me an excuse to bring a creature to life!

Lately, I’ve been making a lot of ceramic creatures and custom pet bobbleheads, but I also make paintings, wearable pieces, funky planters, and a whole lot of other things. I love working with people just as much as I love working alone in the studio, which is why I also teach hands-on clay workshops, host creative parties, and bring art-making experiences to companies and organizations.

I have a BFA in Cross-Disciplinary Art and a background in fabrication, teaching, studio management, and making art happen behind the scenes. But mostly, I’m just really into making things! And helping other people get their hands dirty and make something too as a teacher!

So, if you feel aligned with this, welcome. Let’s make something funky together!
